hey, I hope this is the right place to post this.

when I try to start the game this immediately pops up. I've updated the game but this error still pops up.

can someone help me please?

Hello there!

Do you by chance have DirectX installed? This error is normally thrown from the game being unable to locate an installation of DirectX 3D9. Below is a link to download the runtime installer directly from Microsoft!

DirectX Download (Microsoft.com)

"OIS.dll missing", "OrgeMain.dll. missing", "Orgecore.zip can't be opened"

"Make sure all file applications (including the game.exe) are inside the game folder. If you want to have a shortcut on your desktop to start the game:

Open the game file
Right-click the black paw icon
Select "Create shortcut" from the menu that appears
You will now have something called "game - Shortcut" or something like that
Drag that shortcut from the IE folder onto your desktop
Rename it however you like"

Here's a quote from an old IT server I staffed a few years ago. Additionally, ensure the game was not installed to your program files folder, as it can cause issues launching the game!

I'll look around for some more information on this error.
