Item/NPC/Creature interaction

I know Kiros is working off the very basic bones that were the Impressive Title source code, so I'd like to offer a few suggestions about how interactions work

Holding the left mouse button to bring a menu up is, honestly, a huge pain when it comes to interacting with something. Clicking relies on precision that's really hard to accomplish with some of the smaller items/creatures, and having to hold the mouse button only makes it even more tedious. With some items, I have to go into f3 camera mode and zoom in a TON just to collect some of the items, because they're so small it just doesn't register when I try to click on them.

Also, I'm not sure if there's a hotkey that cycles through targets (I think this was a thing in Glasmar, but it never seemed to work for some reason?), but it would be really helpful if there was, because some creatures are small and fast (like frost hawks), and it's incredibly frustrating trying to click on them when they're almost constantly on the move. A lot of games allow you to interact with an NPC by going up and pressing a key ('e' is a fairly common one, i think), and I think this is something that would really help smooth out some of the kinks in Kiros' gameplay!
